Plain language, honestly. This is a summary of how we handle data. See also our terms, and how to request deletion — we complete deletion requests within 72 hours. A full solicitor-reviewed policy is issued with the signed agreement before we process any real client data.
Coordination, not autopilot
AICOS uses AI to do repetitive work, but a human approves anything important: sending, spending, or acting on your behalf. The system prepares; a person decides.
We minimise data
We take only what a task actually needs, use it for that one agreed purpose, and delete it on a defined schedule. We don't hoard data or ask for more than the job requires.
We don't touch your real data until it's safe to
We start on example data. Before we process any of your real information, we put the right agreement (a Data Processing Agreement) and controls in place. For sensitive categories such as health, financial account or children's data, we deliberately hold back until those protections exist and are checked.
Your data is never reused
We never use your data to train AI models, for marketing, or for another client. Your information works only for you.
You hold the controls
Every external action needs your approval. Hard spend caps, a full audit trail, and an instant stop switch exist from day one, enforced in code. We never take your passwords or account access.
